Terms of Use | Darkpino Inc. — DarkPino

DarkPino terms covering operator custody, model results, eligibility, the 45-day lock, $100 fee, 35% allocation and changes.

Disclosure version: 2026-10-20

1. Operator and scope

These terms describe the DarkPino platform operated by Darkpino Inc., British Columbia, Canada. Contact contact@darkpino.ai. Read these terms, the privacy notice and risk disclosures before submitting a new deposit. This page does not establish that the operator is registered with FINTRAC, licensed for investments or authorized in your jurisdiction. The legal classification of the service is not decided by calling it a pool, a token or an information service.

2. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 19 and have reached any higher age of majority required where you live. You must not participate where the service is prohibited or requires an authorization the operator does not hold. A website being reachable worldwide is not permission to accept customers everywhere. No claim of worldwide authorization, FINTRAC registration or securities approval is made. Age and eligibility declarations are self-reported; wallet signatures establish control of a wallet, not identity, age or residency. Government-ID checks and comprehensive geographic blocking are not currently implemented.

3. Custody and account records

Deposits are sent to a pool address controlled by the operator. Administrators can confirm deposits and adjust internal ledger balances, and withdrawals require administrative processing. Connecting a self-custody wallet does not make this pool non-custodial. An internal balance is not proof that an equivalent amount is held or available on-chain. Never share your wallet seed phrase or private key.

4. Model performance and no promised returns

The platform includes automatically generated model trade entries and simulated performance. These entries are not evidence of executed exchange trades, realized investment profits, audited assets or money available for withdrawal. No independently verified performance track record is presented. Positive months, win rates, projected returns and years of trading experience are not promised. Past, hypothetical or simulated results do not predict future outcomes.

5. Deposit and withdrawal conditions

Current rules: 45-day withdrawal lock from the first confirmed deposit; $100 USDT fee included in each withdrawal request; a 35% profit-based deduction for the stated $DPINO buyback allocation. Read the calculation details in the terms. Network fees may also apply. The 45-day period currently runs from the earliest confirmed deposit timestamp shown in your account. Deposits only enter the pool P&L calculation from the next UTC calendar day. After the lock, you may submit a request; submission does not mean an immediate or guaranteed on-chain payout. A request must exceed $100: for example, requesting $125 deducts $125 from the ledger and leaves a $25 payout after the fee. Pending requests reserve funds. Canceled requests are not processed payouts. Contact support before depositing if these restrictions are unsuitable.

6. $DPINO allocation and other costs

The stated allocation rate is 35%, not 1%, separate from the $100 withdrawal fee and network costs. The dashboard calculates a user allocation on positive net P&L; the current withdrawal validator instead sums positive trade P&L before applying 35%, so after losing trades the allowed withdrawal can be lower than the dashboard estimate. Request a breakdown from support before depositing or requesting funds if this affects you. These disclosures do not change either calculation. A calculated allocation is not proof that tokens were purchased or burned. No automatic on-chain buyback, token-price support, token appreciation or investment benefit is guaranteed. Execution would require verifiable transaction records; none are certified by this page.

7. Material risks

High risk: neither your capital nor any profit is guaranteed. You can lose your entire deposit. Pool funds are controlled by the operator, not by your connected wallet. Displayed model results are not independently verified investment returns. Risks include operator insolvency, fraud or misappropriation; trading and leverage losses; inability to withdraw; liquidity shortages; USDT depegging or issuer restrictions; exchange or blockchain failures; network fees; wallet compromise; cyberattacks; and regulatory or tax changes. An on-chain deposit does not prove how funds are subsequently used. Do not deposit money you cannot afford to lose. No deposit-insurance, investor-compensation or independent audit protection is represented. Obtain independent financial, tax and legal advice.

8. User conduct and account safety

Provide accurate information. Do not use the service unlawfully, manipulate records, evade restrictions, steal access credentials or interfere with other users. Protect your signing keys. A wallet signature is not approval of every later fund movement. Administrative access restrictions do not automatically extinguish valid claims to existing funds; contact support about account restrictions or disputed records.

9. Changes to these terms

Material changes to fees, allocation rules or lock periods must be disclosed at least 30 days before they apply to new deposits, with renewed acknowledgement before a new deposit under the revised terms. They must not retroactively increase fees or extend locks for existing deposits without the affected user's express agreement, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Existing deposits retain their applicable terms. A notice on this website is not a claim that email delivery or an automated consent system exists.

10. Complaints, applicable law and rights

Contact contact@darkpino.ai with the wallet address, transaction reference and disputed record; never send private keys. British Columbia law and applicable federal Canadian law govern to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights in your location. Courts with lawful jurisdiction remain available. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive non-waivable rights, excuse fraud or misrepresentation, or determine whether the service complies with financial regulation.
