Privacy Notice | Darkpino Inc. — DarkPino
How DarkPino handles wallet addresses, account records, transactions, browser storage and support messages.
Disclosure version: 2026-10-20
1. Responsible operator
Darkpino Inc., British Columbia, Canada, operates DarkPino. For privacy access, correction, deletion or complaints, contact contact@darkpino.ai. Do not send identity documents, seed phrases or private keys through chat or email.
2. Data handled
The platform handles signing-wallet addresses, authentication nonces and tokens, account/profile details you submit, invitations, deposit and withdrawal records, transaction references, ledger adjustments, trade discussions and support communications. Server and hosting logs can include request details and technical information. Blockchain transactions are public and may be linkable to your identity. Wallet addresses are not necessarily anonymous.
3. Custody is separate from wallet authentication
Deposits are controlled by the pool operator, although your connected wallet's signing keys remain with you. Administrators can review account records and manually credit the internal ledger. Authenticating a wallet is not government-ID, age or residency verification. The platform does not currently provide a government-ID verification flow.
4. Uses and recipients
Data is used to authenticate wallets, administer access, reconcile deposits, process withdrawal requests, display records, moderate discussions, answer support requests and respond to legal obligations. Replit provides application hosting and database infrastructure. Blockchain nodes/RPC services receive queries or broadcasts needed for network operations; exchange/market-data services receive market-data requests. Your selected wallet provider processes signing or wallet-app requests under its own policy. Telegram, WhatsApp and social-media providers process information when you choose those external links. Public discussion content and public blockchain records are visible to others. We do not represent that these recipients independently verify the pool's finances.
5. Browser storage
Local browser storage holds the wallet authentication token and address, theme preferences and other app settings; session storage supports wallet handoffs and invitations. Treat a device with an active session as sensitive. Disconnect/sign out and clear storage on shared devices. Essential storage is not proof of legal consent or identity verification. The application does not intentionally install advertising pixels or session-replay tools.
6. Security and retention
Access controls and encrypted web connections reduce risk, but no system is guaranteed secure. We do not claim that every stored field is encrypted. Records may be processed outside your jurisdiction by infrastructure providers. Account, transaction and support records are retained as needed to operate, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal duties; no unverified fixed deletion schedule is promised. On-chain records cannot be erased by the operator.
7. Your requests and minors
Contact contact@darkpino.ai to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law, record-retention duties and reasonable proof that you control the affected account. The platform is intended only for people aged 19 or older who also meet any higher local age of majority. Report suspected underage participation to that contact. The current age declaration is self-reported, not independently verified.
8. Updates
Material privacy changes will be posted visibly with an updated version date before materially different new processing begins, with consent obtained where required. Posting revised wording does not retroactively authorize an incompatible use of existing personal information. British Columbia and applicable Canadian privacy requirements apply as legally required; this notice is not a compliance certification.
